AutoTechnic: Terms and Policies for Sales, Shipping & Returns


Payment
All mail order sales are to be pre-paid or cash, money order, cashier or bank check or wire transfer. With mailed in checks, items will ship after 3 days for funds to clear. All checks mailed in are to be made payable to “Auto Technic, LLC.” and mailed to 6 Danbury Road, New Milford, CT. 06776 USA,

Delivery
All paid mail order items will be sent UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Orders received before 11:00 am will ship out the same day. Otherwise orders placed after 11:00 am will ship the next business day. Delivery charges quoted are only estimates at the time the order is taken - actual charges may vary.

Returns
All returns must be authorized. Returns will only be accepted if the part is in the original box and has not been installed or used. We will not accept used returns. A copy of the sales invoice must be included unless special authorization is received before shipment is returned. Electrical or special order parts are not returnable. A restocking fee of 20% will be retained on any returned item.

Core Charges
At the time of sale, the core charge will be charged before the item is shipped - a return shipping label will be included. The core MUST be returned in the original box with a copy of the sales invoice. Core charges must be returned within 25 business days. No exceptions.

Shipping Claims
In the event that an item is damaged in shipping, contact the appropriate carrier to begin an insurance claim. Auto Technic is not liable for lost items or damage caused in shipping by a Carrier. All claims are to be handled by the carrier. Insurance is generally included on every order but is not guaranteed on every order unless requested.

Limited Liability Warranty
Auto Technic sells the highest quality new replacement parts. In the event that a product fails within 90 Days of purchase that item may be exchanged for a replacement. The customer is responsible for return shipping on warranty items. Re-shipment delivery is included under the limited warranty. If items are damaged as a result of improper installation the warranty is void. A copy of a repair order by a licensed repair facility or new dealer showing the defective part replacement is required Defective parts replaced by an unqualified technician or Do-it yourself repairs are not covered by this warranty. If the parts are damaged after delivery the warranty is void.

Terms and Conditions Governing Sale
Limitation of Liability and Indemnity; Customer assumes all liability and arising from the use or installation of new and used parts that are purchased from or installed by Auto Technic, LLC. Auto Technic, LLC. Shall not be liable for any damages to any person or property arising out of or in connection with the use or installation of any parts that it sells or installs including, but not limited to; High performance products, engine conversion kits, engine chips/software, shocks, struts, springs, sway bars, exhausts, racing harnesses, safety nets, fire systems, racing suits, helmets, turbo chargers or super chargers. Customer agrees to indemnify Auto Technic, LLC. From any and all claims (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with the use or installation of the product(s) it purchased from Auto Technic, LLC. Or had installed at/by Auto Technic, LLC.

Merchandise Pricing
Auto Technic sells the highest quality parts and the most competitive pricing. Many products are imported and thus prices vary due to fluctuations with the dollar. Prices are subject to change without notice. Mistakes on our web site - www.autotechnic.net are not required to be fulfilled and are subject to standard pricing.

Used Parts
NO WARRANTY on used parts - sold as described and in “as-is” condition.
